“picture perfect”

We all have those spots, those places that are sacred to us… love at first sight if you will. Being in high school, or any age really can be stressful! When we get overwhelmed, which us being humans do all the time. The escape is what we crave, wether that escape is a person, place, food, animal you name it. When things are hectic and you just want to feel sane again, we want to getaway. Traveling is an amazing way to escape in my eyes, wether you want to flee the country and change your name and start over, or just to take your mind on vacation for a little. New town, new smells, new people, new tastes, new culture, these are all things traveling offers. I don’t know about you, but when I’m in my desk at school and tend to let my mind wander, I remember golden moments such as some shown below to spots that made the world feel balanced.

Truthfully, the term “Picture Perfect” really just means it’s so beautiful it embeds itself in your brain, and no it does not mean you take one million pictures of a beautiful spot and debate which one looks the best, to me it’s the way the place makes you feel and what you take away from it. If you ask me, our generation revolves around one thing, that is Technology, I think we can all agree. Therefore, yes it has its upsides, our lives have been simplified in ways, but also the human mind seems to have gotten more negative, am I wrong? We’ve got to get back to our roots and appreciate what’s around us and stop taking it for granted.
