This week was just another one in quarantine, nothing too new straying from the usual, that would be waking up around 12:30pm, then heading to the beach and being their the majority of the day to end it off with mostly likely knowing me and my group of friends In-N-Out, it’s become an everyday routine for us. Although, you can see we aren’t on any diet during this quarentine. But I would say going up and down those steps everyday at Mesa Lane, swimming out and trending water and body surfing for 2 hours straight, playing football and spike ball and the brawls us guys and girls get into which always ends with someone getting dunked in the ocean, we get our workouts in you could say. Any who, more stores are starting to open up for takeout, because due to COVID-19, so many businesses’ can’t afford to stay closed for this long, they have to make their money somehow because the whole entire world can’t sign up for unemployment, am I right?

Anyways, yes restaurants have started to open for takeout, more people seem to be flooding the streets although still remained safely apart from one another space. Jeez, it all still doesn’t feel right though, I still feel like I’m living ij this weird hallucination or dream of some sort that I just can’t wake up from, along with everyone else around the globe feeling the same way I assume. My friend commented the other day.
“You guys realize were going to be doing this for the next four months or beyond that, the same people going to the beach and doing the same thing twenty-four seven, right?”
We all just kinda of sat there trying to process….
Therefore, although we all knew it, it didn’t really hit me until that comment was made to take a moment and think. Wow, even whatever happens in the long run with all of this, things, life as we know it won’t be the same for a while. So we all continue to try and make the most out of our moments we share moving forward, although sometimes we get bored we try and mix things up, but with things being closed and not being able to hangout in bigger groups does make it difficult, but as we like to say. It is what it is. But on the bright side things seem to move forward in a positive direction seeing people smile more and be more active verses how things were in the shadows for a while and our town became a ghost town for a quick minute there.
